1. Handmade & Custom Orders

Each item is handmade and may vary slightly in color, size, or design from product photos.
Custom orders are created based on the information provided by the customer. Please double-check all names, dates, spellings, and details before submitting your order.

2. Processing Time

Standard items are typically processed within 5business days.
Custom orders may require additional time depending on the complexity of the design.
You will receive an estimated completion time when your order is confirmed.

3. Shipping

Orders are shipped via specified carrier with tracking information provided.
The Clever Crafter is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages once the item has been shipped.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of custom and handmade items, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 3 of delivery so we can work together on a solution.

5. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not begin until payment is received.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and images on this website are the property of The Clever Crafter and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Clever Crafter is not responsible for improper use of products. Items are intended for decorative or everyday use as described.
By purchasing, you agree to hold The Clever Crafter harmless from any claims related to product use.

Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from The Clever Crafter! I stand behind my products and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to request a return, here’s what you need to know:

Eligibility

Custom and personalized items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in the same condition you received them and undamaged in any way.

Process

Please contact me directly before sending back your item.
Once your return is received, I will inspect it and process your refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For credit card payments, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exceptions

Returns requested after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged or altered items cannot be returned.
